- We encourage you to complete your order as soon as possible to avoid any misunderstandings. Here at BOÎTE À FLEURS, there is a two to three day delay to confirm your order. Please stay up-to-date with your emails, as a confirmation will be sent to you.

- All of our BOÎTE À FLEURS include an additional delivery fee (15$ to 25$).

- If you cannot reach your BOÎTE À FLEURS recipient for their delivery, you can always include an alternative delivery address. Otherwise, a second delivery attempt will be made on the following day with additional fees. At BOÎTE À FLEURS, your happiness is important to us. To avoid any disappointment and ensure the freshness of your roses, please give us all of the exact information necessary.

- If the product that you have ordered is no longer available, we will communicate with you and offer you an alternative. If we do not receive an answer, we will replace your product with one of equal or higher value.

- FOR ANY CANCELATION: We ask that you advise us 24 hours before the delivery for any reimbursement. Reimbursement will be made in the original format of payment. Unfortunately, no reimbursement or exchange is possible within 24 hours of the delivery date*
